EasyPayroll may collect and process user, company, payroll, and operational data needed to provide payroll functionality, account management, reporting, security, and support.

2. Payroll Calculations and Liability

Payroll outcomes depend on user configurations, input data, custom rules, and statutory setup. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all calculations. EasyPayroll and its owners are not liable for losses, claims, penalties, or damages arising from incorrect setup, incorrect data, custom code behavior, or incorrect payroll outputs.

3. Intellectual Property and System Use

All software code, interface designs, business logic, templates, and system works are proprietary and protected. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission. All rights are reserved.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform availability, or use the service for unlawful activity.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for all actions taken through your account.

6. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of EasyPayroll after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
